These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CCARO Automations, operated by Kraftmatics LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CCARO Automations is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate and publish content on social media on behalf of businesses. Features include AI content generation, image creation, video production, and automated publishing to connected social media accounts.

2. Account Registration

To use our services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Verify your email address before accessing the platform

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle
  • Payments processed securely through Stripe or PayPal

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 60 days advance notice.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly limits for posts, images, videos, and other content types. Usage counters reset on the 1st of each month. Exceeding your plan limits will pause content generation until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand, logo, and any content you provide to us. AI-generated content published through our platform on your behalf belongs to you once published. You grant us a limited license to use your brand information solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through our platform complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of each social media platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

  • Publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Violate the terms of service of any social media platform
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

7. Website Hosting Service

If you subscribe to our website hosting service:

  • The annual fee of $199/year covers hosting and setup only — domain registration is the client's responsibility
  • Your price is locked from the date of first payment
  • Future renewal prices may change with 60 days advance notice
  • WooCommerce or e-commerce features require a separate quote
  • Payment gateway accounts (Stripe, PayPal) must be owned by the client

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel your content plan, your website hosting remains active as long as the annual fee is current.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of severe violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, that social media platforms will accept all published content, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kraftmatics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
